When an invigilator writes up an incident, nobody is failed on the spot. The report goes to a panel, who look at what happened, weigh the context and make a decision they can defend.
The Review Console is that panel’s desk. Every sitting with something worth a look arrives as a case, with the moments in order and the pictures or clips beside them.
How it works, step by step.

Sittings worth a look become cases
When enough is noted in a sitting, it is set aside as a case and joins a queue, ordered by when it needs an answer.

The reviewer replays the sitting
Camera and screen side by side, with every noted moment marked on a timeline, so they can jump straight to it.

They decide, and say why
Nothing wrong, a rule broken, or pass it to a senior reviewer. Confirming that a rule was broken always needs a written reason.

A second pair of eyes where it matters
On high-stakes exams, a second reviewer must agree before a finding stands. If they disagree, a senior reviewer settles it.
