Software is good at noticing things and bad at understanding them. A candidate looking away might be cheating, or thinking, or hearing a baby cry. ExamLense lets the computer notice, and makes sure a trained person decides.

In ExamLense, the software is the replay. It marks the moments worth a look, and a trained reviewer watches them and decides. No exam is ended and no candidate is accused on the software’s say-so.

- Never. It can flag a moment and alert a reviewer, but ending an exam is a person’s decision, made with a reason on the record.
- On exams that require two reviewers, a disagreement goes to a senior reviewer, who decides.
- Only if a reviewer confirms it. Flags that are dismissed never leave the platform.
- Senior reviewers regularly grade completed decisions, and every grading is fed back to the reviewer who made the call.
