No subscription, no per-seat licence, no surprise at the end of the term. You buy credits for a tier, and one session consumes one credit.
The difference between the tiers is evidentiary depth, not whether the exam is protected. These are in all three.

Rates depend on tier and volume, so they are quoted rather than listed. Tell us the exam and the candidate numbers and you will get a figure, not a discovery call.
How buying works
Every credit batch reconciles one to one with an invoice. That is deliberate: it means the licence pool and the accounting can never quietly disagree.
Tell us the tier and the number of sessions. Credits are per tier, so a department can hold a Lite pool and a Pro pool at the same time.
ExamLense processes no payments and stores no payment details of any kind. Invoicing and receipts live entirely in our finance system.
Bank transfer or mobile money, whichever your finance office already uses.
Crediting is a back-office action, never automatic. It needs the invoice number and a second operator to approve it, and the batch is written to the audit log against that invoice.
A credit is reserved when a candidate registers and consumed in a single atomic step when the session starts. Under concurrency that is still exact.
A candidate who registers and never sits releases the reservation once the exam window closes. You are not billed for a no-show.
A configurable overdraft grace keeps sessions running while a confirmed payment clears, and low-balance alerts fire well before an exam window opens.
How it works in practice
Choosing
The tier follows the stakes. An exam nobody would appeal does not need an archive, and one that decides a licence does.
Both are configurations of the same session rather than separate products, and both consume a Lite credit.
The candidate verifies and the session ends. For enrolment, credential checks, and pre-screening where no examination follows.
Desktop evidence with no camera at all. For workplace compliance testing where camera monitoring would be disproportionate, and for candidates whose accommodation excludes camera use.
Tier, candidate count, and the window. That is all we need to quote.
