Sometimes a candidate challenges a result, a lawyer writes, or a regulator asks questions. When that happens you need more than a score and a feeling. ExamLense keeps a record of every check, every flag and every decision that nobody can quietly edit afterwards.

Like a bank statement.
A bank does not rub out yesterday’s transactions when something changes. If a mistake is corrected, the correction appears as a new line, and the original is still there to see.
ExamLense keeps its record the same way. Every step is written down with who did it and when, and nothing already written can be changed. A correction is added beside the original, never on top of it.

Every step is written down
Identity checks, moments noted during the exam, reviewer decisions and changes to results, each with the time and the person responsible.

The rules are frozen with the sitting
The exam rules in force are stamped on each sitting. If you change the rules next month, last month’s sittings are still judged by the rules those candidates were shown.

The evidence behind a finding is protected
When a reviewer confirms a finding, the exact pictures or clips behind it are set aside and kept, safe from routine deletion.

Changes sit beside the original
If your institution overrules an outcome, the change, the reason and who made it are added. The original decision stays visible.
